Harvesting

Coffee cherries are gathered from trees through "select picking" (handpicking only ripe cherries), which produces higher quality

img 02

Processing (Removal of Pulp)

This stage separates the bean from the fruit using one of three main methods.

img 03

Drying

The processed beans must be dried to a moisture content of roughly 10%–12% for stability.

img 04

Roasting

Process: Green beans are heated, turning them brown, splitting them open, and developing oils.
